Paco de Maria is, with no doubts, the best Spanish restaurant in Strasbourg. The speciality is the paella, but they offer many other Spanish dishes: albóndigas (meatballs), Spanish coldcuts, different kinds of fried fish (typical from the South of Spain), iberic cordon bleu (with real ham), etc. As dessert, the "mousse de turrón" is amazing. The ambience is really welcoming, with one of the owner, Paco (the one giving name to the restaurant), going around and asking in every table if everything is ok and doing Spanish jokes. I live in Strasbourg and I go there with my couple from time to time for enjoying an evening of Spanish ambient. They have music shows on the weekends. We have seen a flamenco dance and a jazz manouche concert. Both shows were great. A place to go.
