Awesome ice cream, and drinkable coffee. Staff lovely, great outside seating are near the tram. Good range of ice cream flavours.

[I'm taking the liberty of writing this review as there aren't any in English]I moved to Strasbourg in August 2000 and lived there for a year. During my initial tour, Le Glacier Franchi was one of the first places I visited while walking around "centre ville".The selections were superb as was the service.Although I returned to England in July 2001, I continued to visit Strasbourg over the years and frequented Le Glacier Franchi for coffee, pastries and ice cream. The quality over the years did not falter.The ice cream parlour is a family owned and managed company which is a pleasant addition to the city of Strasbourg.
This Ice-cream maker is good located, it is easy to go there on foot. We can find many varieties of ice cream. The service is fast and efficient, the waiter was warm and wellcoming. The prices are affordable. I highly recommand you the litchi flavour.
If you are caving a crepe this is the place to be. It's a small coffee shop off the beaten path. This coffee shop has a large assortment of ice cream as well as crepes. If you are feeling adventurous I would recommend pairing the two. We ordered the suger cinnamon crepe.. To die for!! The staff. Are friendly but speak little to no English. Ordering can be tricky but we managed. Overall a great experience!
Really good ice-cream with lots of varieties. Can't use the outdoor seating if only having cones, but not an issue for us.
Lovely capuccino and espresso, delicious croissants etc for breakfast. Excellent ice cream. Very friendly staff
