Charming and effective staff throughout the meal, attentive to every detail and always ensuring (discretely) that we were being looked after. Menu, wile not extensive was creative and the sommelier did a perfect pairing for the wine when we asked for a regional cru to accompany the local fare. It was warm that night, so they seated us in the charming inner courtyard which was cool and comfortably rustic.We highly recommend.

My wife and I had dinner here as a Christmas present to ourselves, and we chose well. The restaurant is small and cosy, and the service is excellent. The menu is small, but quite enough choices. My wife loved her cream of mussel soup, as did I with my fois gras ravioli. Mains of pork and rabbit were delicious, and we finished with a pineapple parfait, and a chocolate dish which included a dipping bowl of olive oil! We left feeling very satisfied in every way, and will be going back.

We used T/A advice to book a table at this restaurant tucked away in a side street in the centre of town, run by husband and wife team of chef and hostess. Small restaurant where customer satisfaction is paramount. We had an excellent evening. Made to feel relaxed from the moment of arrival with the welcome received to the chat with Madame on leaving. The menu is not extensive, but the dishes we chose were beautifully executed and presented and were enjoyed immensely. Definitely recommended.

Used Trip Advisor to find this on a visit to Brive, and the reviews were spot on, lovely restaurant, friendly and knowledgeable staff, food was very good quality, and with three courses for 13 euros, also excellent value, it will be our first choice on our next visit. Can recommend the red wine by the glass - Les Pierres de Tourmentine, and its Bio produced!

Je suis allé manger ici avec des amis sur le conseil de mes parents, le repas était un sans faute du début à la fin, notre serveuse était adorable et spontanée, Et toujours de bon conseil. Pour le repas j'ai commencé par un foie gras avec une gelée de mangue qui était excellent, ensuite j'ai pris un blanc de bar (cuisson lente) le poisson avait une cuisson parfaite il fondait en bouche en dessert j'ai pris le crousti-fondant au chocolat que je conseille absolument. En tout cas vous mangez à votre faim Et Pour la qualité du repas le prix reste assez raisonnable. Je conseille à tout prix

Nous avons mangé samedi 5 Août.Très bon restaurant avec des mets de qualité, jolie cour intérieure à l'arrière de la salle, servi par des personnes compétentes et attentionnées. Nous avons passés un très bon moment et ne manquerons pas de revenir quand nous repasserons à Brive-La-Gaillarde......
