We love Italian food. We try it everywhere. Wherever we go we stop for Italian in local restaurant. Suprisingly, the best pizza for this summer was not in Italy, not in Italian part of Switzerland, not in Italian suburbs in Sydney, not in Portugal, not in Denmark, Sweden or Norway. It was in a lovely town Caunes Minervois where we went to see its famous Abbey. I got pizza raclette (not too Italian, you would say, more Swiss?). My wife ordered pizza with gorgonzola and wild mushrooms. The pizza cook is a GOD OF PIZZA. You can watch for hours how does his routine: preparing dough, making base, cooking pizza itself, keeping his workplace perfectly neat. Thanks
