The cuisine was fabulous. My husband had the guinea fowl and the rest of us had the steak. All were phenomenal. The creme brulee was the best I've ever had and a specialty of the chef. Everything was delicious, the server recommended wine that was excellent, and the service was top-notch.

Dans un cadre moderne qui contraste agréablement avec l'environnement "cantalou" de la vallée de la Maronne , une salle à manger chaleureuse où la carte nous a séduit avec un sandre superbe et un plateau de fromage d'une grande finesse .Sans oublier un dessert pour lequel il faut absolument garder une place .A ne pas manquer lors d'un passage ou d'un séjour dans la région.

Great little place to stay and great food in the restaurant with pleasant staff,the owner is very pleasant and Maxine the waiter was very good and helpful and friendly

The setting in lovely countryside is just the beginning. The hotel is like a country house with very nice decor and furnishings. There is a swimming pool and tennis court and excellent country walks. The lovely medieval fortified town of Salers is 10 minutes away - it is one of France's top most beautiful villages. The restaurant menu is very good, the service and the food excellent. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that its pricey.

in a modern setting that contrasts pleasantly with the cantalou environment of the valley of the maronne, a warm dining room where the map has seduced us with a superb sander and a high-end cheese tray, without forgetting a dessert for which you must absolutely keep a place .a not to miss during a passage or stay in the area.
