Planches Et Plonk

We stayed here as well as eating here every evening! Damion and Graham are really lovely hosts. We had a lovely room with super shower. They serve platters of charcuterie and cheese, these are locally sourced and of the best quality. A very good selection of wines and very knowledgeable hosts, happy to recommend a wine to go with your selection. Highly recommend.

graham and damon take so much time and effort to find the best products for their plates. they are really scrumbling and excellent value for money. the best in the opposite. a great choice of weeping and only the best of beer. I am not a...wine expert, but they are perfectly described to meet their choice.

we recently visited belves with the aim to spend a year in the opposite. we knew of planches et plonk from tw. both visited however all our expectations surpassed. graham and damon are irritating, charming, well-known hostess. they found both time to talk to us about the village and the opposite that was invaluable. we had first-class aperitifs in the relaxed but very tasteful bar. eating on our second evening was extraordinary cheese and charcuterie the highest order with wonderful vegetarian options, accompanied by excellent wine. once again we were very welcome and feel at home. one of our best meals in France! we are back to live near and will be regularly revisit and also proud to take family and guests to such a high quality and friendly place.

that was our second visit here. we were in one of the guest rooms in planches et plonk and ate there in the evening. graham and damon are excellent hosts and have a sharp eye for quality and detail. the room was immaculate and had. high quality furniture and a beautiful shower and comfortable bed. the rooms are located on the site of the building so that they get a beautiful view of the landscape. our breakfast was great, with large baked, broth, handcrafted yogurt, jam and juice and fruit juice. the wine and cheese has always a good mood and the quality of the cheese, wood charcoal, pickel and weine are all top notch, with local craftsmen for the purchase of products where possible. it is really good to watch the preparation of their plate because the kitchen is open to see from their table when eating inside. great value for money. great host, great food!

we spent four nights in belves, especially to celebrate my cousin's birthday at planches et plonk. the first night as a family of us was treated with a warm and friendly services by our hostess that we felt as if we had gone. it for years. both hostes were all in the true profis with an ugly or horrific being and make the whole experience fun, education and taste joy. I can't begin to tell them how much we loved the evening absolutely, but I can only tell them that my man and I went and spent the evening there again on our own before we went home. simply elegant, refined, charming, relaxed and funny. loved, loved, loved, every minute of time spent with them. we are already planning our next visit with some friends who are so jealous of our fabulous time spent in planches et plonk. ps, many thanks for all their help with the wine selections and the fact that we were in the location, several bottles after home with us bought by them fabulous weinladen. to soon, but not soon enough

This gem of a place and it’s very welcoming professional owners are real delight Absolutely faultless. The knowledge of produce and wines makes it all the more interesting as even if you (like us) know you like wine but are not knowledgeable these guys will...make sure you have what suits your taste, they take the time and care to make sure you have exactly what you want without over facing you. It is a really relaxing environment. Nothing is too much trouble, the interior design is really tasteful and the place is immaculate. We were a family aged from to over and everybody had a wonderful experience. The locally sourced foods are absolutely delicious and presented beautifully, it is tastebud heaven in both the food and drinks experience. Pricing is mid range, there is something for every budget. You can’t fail to enjoy this very special place, We can’t wait to return.

Spent a superb evening in this lovely wine bar, starting with the warmest of welcomes from host Graham. Delicious “planches” with an excellent selection of charcuterie and cheeses, and fantastic wines. Definitely five stars!
