Pizza Pierrot

Quiet in the village of the hinterland of Sainte-Maxime, this pizzeria offers good southern pizza and pasta gratins. If most sales seem to be carried away, there is also a terrace service. the rosé wine of the cooperative cellar of the plan of the tower accompanies perfectly the dishes. pizzas are treated in the Provencal way, i.e. emmental and non mozzarella. pennes gratins, especially eggplants, cooked with wood fire are very good with a homemade tomato sauce and a persilted olive oil.

These pizzas are seriously magnificent. I've been a customer of Pierrots since he operated a wood fired pizza oven out of a van. This little slice of shabby French chic style - with the best pizzas - in a small village restaurant are outstanding. Laid back music , friendly staff , no pretence at haut cuisine - just simply the best pizzas for miles.

Little pizza restaurant in the little town plans the la tour, especially destined for takeout. Yet you can sit down and eat on the little street terrace, but there's not much room. The pizzas are prepared in an authentic big wooden. The pizzas themselves are very good, and yet here you have a limited choice of pasta dishes.
