McDonalds

Rapide, pas toujours très propre, accueilli d'une manière peu souriante, le personnel est non seulement peu motivé, mais peu armé aussi pour proposer des mets raffinés !!!

I go to this McDonalds from time to time as it's pretty much the only place to eat or get a coffee between Loudeac and where I live nearer to Pontivy. Access is easy just off the main road. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is standard McDonalds stuff, a full menu of snacks, burgers, wraps, salads and sweet things. Coffee is nice. I like the chicken/bacon wrap, and the bacon/egg muffin - generally with a double latte or fresh orange juice. My two complaints are the very overpriced salads which are frankly rubbish for the price paid (a plastic pot full of boring greenery or pasta, with a small amount of meat on top). My second big gripe is the ridiculously sticky floors in this particular McDonalds (Pontivy does not seem to suffer the same problem). They feel horrible to walk on and the noise of your shoes sticking and then ripping from the floor with every step is awful - it's the same in the main area and the bathrooms. It's been this way for a long time, they need to change their cleaning methods and/or products. On one occasion I found the metal plug liners and cakes from the urinals left in the hand basin of the bathroom (presumably removed to clean the urinal and then forgotten about) - very unsatisfactory, should they ever be in the sink in the first place? To sum up, staff good, food ok, cleanliness not great, I go here because it's the only choice in the immediate area. Could be better.

served cold eating would only change the chips, the young wanted to change the ncnuggets, but the koch d’équipe stopped him. they argued with my wife saying that eating was not cold, agreed that it was tepid certainly not hot. She has completely refused to change everything so that we insisted on a full refund that was given. what trrrible customer service and although they confirm that she was the chef d’équipe, she refused to give her name. terrible.

French macdonalds seem better than those in Britain! Maybe because they are still relatiw new'? this in loudeac is clean, had a lot of parking and good Wi-Fi and coffee.

I like the chickens/bascon wrap, and the bacon/egg muffin usually with a double bed or fresh orange juice. my two complaining are the very overpriced salads that are open to the paid price (a plastic pot full of boring green or pasta, with a small amount of meat above). my second big handle is the ridiculous sticky floors in this particular mcdonalds (pontivy does not seem to suffer the same problem). they feel terrible to go, and the sound of their shoes stick and then tear with each step from the floor is terrible it is the same in the main area and the baths. it's been so long, they have to change their cleaning methods and/or products. at a moment I found the metal plugs and cakes from the urinals, which in the hand basin of the bathroom (probably removed to clean the urinal and then forget) very unsatisfactory, should they ever be in the wash basin at first place? to summarize, staff good, eat ok, cleanliness not great, I go here because it is the only choice in the immediate environment could be better.

Dommage pour l'époque, impossible de profiter de la terrasse, il était tard, vers 21:45 et bien servi malgré tout, mais plus mains à main sèche et non fonctionnelle. Le restaurant est un peu difficile à trouver sans GPS.

Famille de 5, nous sommes régulièrement venus en voiture depuis 4 ans. Le personnel est toujours amical et souriant. Commandes préparées rapidement malgré une forte affluence. Dommage que le Royal Deluxe ne soit plus sur la carte. A bientôt.
