fantastic experience in the whole environment. eating was extraordinary and such a beautiful presentation. the chief went out of his way to make us feel at home.
This charming restaurant is definitely a gem. The chef was very attentive explaining the flavors and techniques used (in English and French). The ‘adventure’ was superb. The presentation of the courses was inviting and every bite was delicious.

Very nice restaurant based on a different concept, really worth trying any time in a visit to the fantastic city of Arlés. Well done guys!
The chef is very engaging and clearly loves talking about his food ideas. Food was good and also creative. Nice and reasonably priced wine selection. Everyone was very friendly. The service is a bit slow (partially because of the tasting menu format) and sometimes the gap between hot or cold food arriving and the completion of the chef's presentation was too long so the temperature wasn't perfect when starting to eat. These are minor concerns and probably as the weeks go by this will solved.
