The waitress was so pleasant and offered my son a special treat at the end of our meal. The patio was an easy place to sit and watch the square. They don't have a kid's menu, but the waitress counseled us on what would be good to share with our 3.5 year old son. Nant was a lovely stop on our way back to Millau from La Courvoirtirade.
We had a very pleasant evening meal with tasty food and friendly service .We sat at a table outside facing the lovely old Mairie.
Friendly service in a great location. Happy to accommodate vegetarians with the generous salads. And very good chocolate ice cream.
A bar right on the village square and next to the market (Tuesday mornings.) Friendly, efficient staff. Good place to relax with a long drink.
Well worth a visit, the owners are very friendly and customer oriented, the bar has a nice atmosphere and the menu is made up of local specialities

Le Bar du Claux vous accueillera avec chaleur, voire faconde. Le patron se prénomme Bruno, a un éternel béret vissé sur le crâne. Le restaurant vous propose de la cuisine aveyronnaise tout à fait correcte et tout à fait aveyronnaise, c'est-à-dire qui "tient au corps".Accessoirement, quoique, la terrasse donne sur les arcades de Nant et la jolie place de la mairie. If you happen to go through Nant and wish to taste local food, then stop at the Bar du Caux. The landlord speaks english for those who can't utter a single french word. I am pretty sure you will appreciate what you get on the menu down there.
