typical alpine raclette and fondue restaurant in the center of st jean d'arves. very social place with excellent and proactive service. ...the kids loved it as well...not large so better reserve a table

During our ski holiday we went here two times for diner and never been disappointed. The first time we ordered pizza, steak and tartiflette. All these dishes were very good prepared and not that expensive. The second time we ordered the cheese raclette, this was really amazing and superb! Very good cheese and nice charcuterie, you can ask for more if you still want some!

Food is well prepared, Service is ok. Atmosphere is not too well. Feels like a canteen. People were friendly and helpfull. Was not too crowded, but we were visiting in the low season.

Enjoyed two very nice meals here. The burgers were a special favourite. Very good service and a great view from the veranda. Would love to visit again in the winter.

I loved this restaurant last year and, on returning to Saint Jean this year, I have fallen in love with it all over again! The service is great and the food is second to none, especially the fondu. Very happy with our meal there.

Lovely restaurant with great views over the surrounding countryside and ski slopes.We arrived late for lunch bit the staff were very accommodating and friendly. And went out of their way to accommodate our restricted food tolerances (allergies etc.).Food was great, serving local produce and specialities.Well worth a visit.

Travelling with friends in the region, we stoped to try this restaurant as it was recommended by the locals, and we were not disapointed! The food is excellent and the scenery / view is just as good, with very nice panoramic terasse!I like to try and share the food with my friends, so here are what I tasted and liked the most:- amazing scalop gratin (cooked to perfection)- excellent burger "maison", with home made mayonnaise- crepes with a twist and nice dessertsThe service was also very friendly, and I had the chance to talk with the chef at the end of our dinner. He explained to me that he took over this restaurant (which explains probably the bad comments from the past!) and that the new team was making huge efforts to bring best quality food with local products. He himself was working for several famous restaurants in Lyon, and you can clearly see it in the quality of food!Combining local traditional cuisine like raclette or fondue, with gourmet tastes and excellent presentation totally convinced me. Highly recommended for people enjoying good food in a unique location!
